
A delicious and wholesome soft-serve, made with only three ingredients!
Add 2 small bowls (for two servings) or one larger bowl (one serving) into the freezer to chill and prep any topping ingredients that you want to add at the end. Having those ready so you can act quickly will help keep your smoothie bowl thick and frozen longer.
Add frozen bananas, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of soy milk into a food processor. You can also use a blender, but the key is that whatever you use should be able to blend a thick substance, so that you can add as little liquid as possible.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. If needed add more soy milk.
Serve up your smoothie bowl into the chilled bowls, add your toppings, and enjoy immediately.
