Creamy Basil Avocado Salad Dressing
This healthy homemade salad dressing is delicious, creamy and super easy to make.
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (packed)
- 1.5 lemons (juiced)
- 1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If using a large blender you may need to double the recipe to blend properly. Salad dressing will last about 5 days in the fridge.
